BIOGRAPHY
Jie-Huai Yang, a visual artist, was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1992. He received his MFA degree from the Department of New Media Art at the Taipei National University of the Arts in 2021, specializing in media arts.
Yang’s artistic practice centers on developing site-specific image narratives, where he reassembles everyday scenes through subtle observations of the ordinary. His work explores the dissonance between visual technology and human emotions, memory, and desire, capturing moments that are at once absurd and romantic.
In 2021, he held his solo exhibition I’m Not Capable of Love at Chi-Wen Gallery, Taipei, and has participated in several significant group exhibitions and film festivals, including the Green Island Biennial in 2025; Kaohsiung Film Festival and the Golden Harvest Short Film Festival in 2024; Signal Z at MoCA Taipei in 2023; as well as Out of Service, Out of Love at the Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab in 2022.
In 2024, Yang received the Jury Award in the Taiwan Shorts section of the Kaohsiung Film Festival’s International Short Film Competition and was nominated in the Experimental Film section at the Golden Harvest Awards. He was also honored with the Next Art Tainan Awards in 2023.

楊傑懷，視覺藝術家，1992 年出生於臺灣臺中，2021 年他取得國立臺北藝術大學新媒體藝術學系藝術碩士學位，主修媒體藝術。
楊傑懷的藝術實踐，透過在空間中編輯影像來生產基於特定現場的敘事，藉由觀察平凡事物中的幽微意涵，重新組合和詮釋日常場景。他特別關注影像科技與人類情感、記憶、慾望之間的錯位關係，並在這些關係中捕捉既荒謬又浪漫的瞬間。
2021 年他在臺北其玟畫廊舉行了個展「我沒有愛人的能力」，並曾經參與多項重要聯展或影展，包括 2025 年綠島人權藝術季；2024 年高雄電影節、金穗影展；2023 年臺北當代藝術館「Signal Z」；2022 年臺灣當代文化實驗場「愛在上線時，失連即失戀」等。
2024 年他獲得高雄電影節國際短片競賽「臺灣組評審團獎」，同年入圍金穗獎「實驗片單元」，並於 2023 年獲得臺南新藝獎。
